Awokened Apparel - Custom Shoe Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Awokened Apparel. By purchasing a custom shoe design from Awokened Apparel, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. Pricing & Packages
All pricing includes the base shoe cost and is structured into three tiers:

Signature Touch - $375

Minimal customization (1–2 color accents, small stencil or logo)

Matte or gloss finishing coat

Standard materials only

Artistic Statement - $525
-
Full-panel customization with up to 5 colors

Hand-painted themes, light texture overlays
-
Custom text/logo options
-

Legacy Edition - $1,000+
-
Fully customized concept from top to bottom

Premium materials (metallic, glow-in-the-dark, luxury textiles)

Custom packaging, lace tags, add-ons

All pricing is subject to change without prior notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees unless otherwise stated.
2. Payment & Deposit Policy
-
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins on any custom order.
-
The remaining balance must be paid before shipment or delivery.
-
Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, PayPal, and secured payment gateways through Wix Payments.
-
Failure to pay the remaining balance within 7 days after completion will result in order cancellation without refund of the deposit.
3. Customization & Design Approval
-
Clients will receive a digital mockup or concept preview before work begins.
-
Once painting starts, no major design changes can be made without an additional fee.

Hand-painted artwork may have slight variations in details, as each shoe is uniquely crafted.

Awokened Apparel reserves the right to refuse any design request deemed inappropriate or offensive.
4. Turnaround Time

Signature Touch: 7–10 business days
-
Artistic Statement: 10–15 business days
-
Legacy Edition: 2–4 weeks (varies by complexity)

Rush orders are available for an additional fee (subject to availability).

Turnaround times do not include shipping duration.
5. Shipping & Delivery
-
Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx with tracking provided.
-
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.

Clients are responsible for any customs/import fees for international orders.
-
Awokened Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
-
Local pickup (Orlando, FL) is available by appointment.
6. Refunds & Cancellations

All deposits are non-refundable due to the nature of custom artwork.

If an order is canceled before work begins, a refund minus the shoe cost and a 10% service fee will be issued.

Once painting has started, no refunds or cancellations will be granted.
-
If Awokened Apparel is unable to complete an order due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.
7. Care & Maintenance

Custom shoes are art pieces and should be worn with care.

All shoes are sealed with a protective coating, but excessive exposure to water, rough surfaces, or heavy wear may cause damage.

Awokened Apparel is not responsible for wear and tear over time.
8. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
-
Awokened Apparel retains the right to use images of completed custom shoes for marketing, social media, and portfolio purposes.

Clients may not reproduce or resell designs without permission.
-
Unauthorized use of Awokened Apparel's brand, logo, or artwork is strictly prohibited.
9. Dispute Resolution
-
Any disputes must be communicated via email to support@awokenedart.com within 7 days of receiving the order.

Awokened Apparel aims to resolve issues amicably but reserves the right to final decision-making on refunds or replacements.
